Rockstar's official line on Jason Duval is short: he grew up around grifters and crooks, tried the Army to shake off his troubled teens, and now works for local drug runners in the Keys and wants an easier life. He lives on Brian Heder's property in return for helping with shakedowns, and meeting Lucia could be the best or worst thing to happen to him. Age, actor and abilities have not been published.
