Rockstar's Ultimate Edition listing confirms named places and items, not systems. It tells us that GTA VI has a garage, specialist car mod shops, clothing, salon and tattoo stops, boats and personalized weapons. It does not explain how any of them work, and the listing is a sales page, so its wording is short.
